T159 Nylon Polyamide
DESCRIPTION
This high tenacity continuous filament thread is rot proof and resistant to alkalis. The high specification lubricant applied gives this thread excellent sewability in many of the more demanding sewing operations. Worthington 's nylon thread is extensively used in many markets including:

T336 Polyester
DESCRIPTION
High tensile strength combined with resistance to acids, sea water and ultra violet light, enables this thread to be used across many market sectors including:
- cargo slings
- filtration
- flexible intermediate bulk containers

This materialcan be tinted different colours for identification purposes most commonly Blue, Green, Pink or Yellow.
T464 Nomex ®
DESCRIPTION
With a melting point of 371?C Nomex ® is used mainly where heat resistance is critical, as in the manufacture of racing drivers' overalls. Also having good chemical resistance, its main industrial uses are in specialised filtration outlets.
This materialcan be tinted different colours for identification purposes most commonly Blue, Green, Pink or Yellow.
T469 PTFE
DESCRIPTION
PTFE is non-flammable. It melts with decomposition, losing its fibre properties reverting to mass form at 327?C.
It has excellent chemical stability and can be boiled in aqua regia, mineral acids and concentrated caustic soda without decomposing.
It has greater chemical resistance and will withstand higher temperatures than any other synthetic fibres which makes it ideal for liquid filtration, particularly of corrosive mixtures.
Kevlar ®
DESCRIPTION
This thread has remarkable properties. It is very strong, having a strength approximately three times that of nylon. It is heat resistant and will operate at temperatures up to300?C without serious degradation.

T505 High Tenacity Polypropylene
DESCRIPTION
This continuous filament UV stabilised thread, which has excellent chemical resistance and does not absorb water, is ideal for manufacturing woven sacks for the packaging of fertilizers, chemicals, food stuffs and similar products.
It is also rot-proof and resistant to mildew attacks, chemical gases and micro-organisms which makes it in demand in the filtration and FIBC industries. Coating with a specially formulated lubricant enhances sewability.
This material can be tinted different colours for identification purposes most commonly Blue, Green, Pink or Yellow.
